Q: How many hours do we need?

A: Our wedding coverage options range from 6 hours to full-day coverage; there is a 4 hour minimum for elopements and intimate weddings. The ideal coverage all depends on your wedding timeline and logistics. Usually a minimum 8 hours is enough time to photograph the ‘getting ready’ through the reception. Give us a call or email and we’ll help you figure out exactly how many hours of coverage you need.

Q: Who will photograph my wedding?


A: You are guaranteed Jose and Jess as your lead photographers in all 8+ hour packages. Associate photographer packages are available upon request in the event that both Jose and Jess are booked for your wedding date.

Q: Do I need a shot list?

A: No shot list necessary! Upon hiring us we’ll send a questionnaire that asks everything we need to know about your wedding plans. The only list we ask for is the groupings for your family formals and a few other small details.

Q: Can I see a full gallery of your work?

A: Of course! We love showing off our work. Here’s a link.

Q: Can we meet before the wedding day?

A: Whether it’s in person at our studio or at your wedding venue, we’re always thrilled to meet our clients. If you’re not local (like most of our destination wedding clients), or just on a busy schedule, video or phone call are always great ways to get better acquainted.

pricing & DELIVERABLEs

Q: How do we book?

A: Easy peasy! To reserve your date all we require is a non-refundable $1,000 security deposit and signed contract. If your wedding requires over 75 miles of travel or other accommodations, we ask that those expenses are paid for at the time of booking, keeping travel costs as quoted. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Send us an email and we’ll get the booking process started if you’re ready to go.

Q: We’re having an intimate wedding or elopement and don’t think we need 6+ hours of coverage. Do you have packages for smaller events?

A: Absolutely, we have some great a la carte options that cater to intimate weddings and elopements. Send us an email and we’ll work something out for you.

Q: How much do couples usually invest in wedding photography?

A: Our couples usually invest anywhere between $2,500-6,000 for wedding photography

Q: What’s the turnaround time?

A: Fast! Jimmy John’s fast. We deliver sneak peeks within 48 hours of the event date, and the final gallery between 4-6 weeks.

Q: How many photos will I get?

A: Depending on your wedding, we usually edit, and deliver 50-100 images per hour of photography. We also include black & white copies of our favorite portraits, details, and moments.

Q: What’s the album process like? 

A: We take pride in designing all of our wedding albums in-house. Our primary goal in curating your album layout is to convey the full feeling and events of your wedding day, showcasing moments, details, and emotions as elegantly as possible.

Q: How do we receive our photos?

A: Our sessions/packages always include high resolution digital images without any watermarks/logos, and full reprint rights. These images are delivered via online gallery, and can be easily downloaded. USB’s are available à la carte, as well as high quality prints through our professional photo labs.

Q: Do you travel?

A: Nothing excites us more than going on new adventures to stimulate our creativity. Working at places we’ve never been and taking on new experiences drives our passion for photography. Culture and diversity is something we strive to express in our photographs. We have photographed within the united states from Florida’s east coast to the California West coast. Internationally we have been commissioned to Central America, South America, and the Caribbean among other beautiful destinations.

Q: Where are you based?

A: We are based in Miami, FL - the tropical paradise of sunny beaches, and delicious Cuban food.

Q: What are your travel rates?

A: Travel is included in our pricing within a 75 mile radius of Miami, FL. Please contact us for custom interstate and international travel rates.

Q: How many nights accommodation do you need?

A: American East Coast: 2 Nights
    American West Coast: 3 Nights
    International: 4-5 Nights

Arriving with enough time before your wedding date to buffer any possible travel delay is extremely important to us. We always rather be prepared and have backup options if a flight were to get cancelled or delayed.
